Well, What can I say about my dad? Let's just get the list started so you can see what I love about my Dad!
1. He is very successful and looked up to in his realm of business. (Too bad that hasn't rubbed off on us yet!)
2. He is loyal and steadfast.
3. He has been a great support to his parents.
4. He chews his food very thoroughly. I mean like 30+ chews per bite people!
5. He has taken us all over the world because of his company.
6. He's created a lot of fun-filled vacations and memories for us.
7. He's a great singer :)
8. He's good at playing the drums, especially his steering wheel drum :)
9. He was always there for me and sat through many a boring drill team competitions for me!
10. He went to Hawhorne and also knows how to speak Hawhorne and diboibule diabutch (that's double dutch for those who have not been as far educated as my father and I!
11. He knows how to relax and have a good time and laugh at his crazy kids.
12. He stayed home from church w/ me when my cat Baden got fried in the dryer and was dying. I'll always remember the story about Blackey!
13. He took us out on fun little adventures: boating, snow mobiling, motorcycles.
14. Great times at the cabin!
15. He keeps up on all of our birthdays! Very responsible!
16. He likes to give people crap! And lots of it.
17. He is very detail oriented.
18. He is very intelligent and wise.
19. He is a hard worker.
20. And last but not least... I have always been a daddy's girl. I have just always loved to spend time with my dad. He is very protective and loving. Although he can be a hard-ass sometimes (sorry Dad, but it's true! I mean that in the best way possible), he has a good heart! He has been there for me all through growing up and I love all of the wonderful memories that he and my mom have given me! I really love you dad!!! I hope you have a great birthday you old fart!!!!
Love, Sidney

Happy Birthday Bro. Decker! I have some great memories of you from growing up as well (like getting DRAGGED out of your house for quoting the Cutting Edge...which i totally deserved :). I hope you had a great b-day!
Sid- I love your b-day shout outs. I might have to steal your idea!
OH Paul!!!! Happy Birthday, You little Jerk!
p.s. Sid it is really cool that you have always been a daddy's girl. I have always envied you two and your close relationship.
Dad.... What can I say. I would like to add my comments too Sid's. I love you so much! You are a wonderful father who has done so much for your wife and children. We all look up to you and love you. Thank you for being there for us and kicking our butts when we needed it! (not me of course!!) Thank you for everything! I will just let Sid say you were a hard-butt. I don't want to be out of the will!!! (Good job sis) by the way... Nice picts!! I love the stash Dad!!! What were you thinking? Happy Birhtday! Love you,
Darci
PS.. I cried through this blog too! We do have alot of good times and memories as a family. I am glad that they are still being made!
Happy Birthday to my favorite uncle!! You have always been my favorite you know... shh - don't tell Roger or Doug, but it's TRUE! I love the story about Baden, Sid... Uncle Paul, you really do have a sweet side to you, even though you like to tease us all so much! (which we love, don't worry) PS such GREAT times at the cabin! love, kristy... hopefully your favorite niece :)
Okay I meant hard-ass in this way... You just like things a certain way, which is fine. You know what you want and how you like things done. Everyone is entitled to that!!! I sometimes am straight-forward or blunt to people. But sometimes it's necessary. Does that mean I am like that all of the time? No. Just sometimes. So I think everyone needs a little hard-A to them now and then!!! So I hope that settles it. I love you Dad and you do have a good heart! You are sweet and generous. Happy B-day again! Please let me back into the will!!!
dude, your dad had a sweet 'stache. that was awesome. and how sad about your cat!! my heart broke just a little over that...
btw, happy reading... how far are you now?
Happy birthday from the lesbian... Jerk!! :) The food chewing part cracks me up! I miss your fun fam Sid. This is a random thought but I totally remember your moms gigantic key ring for her little car. Do you remember that?
P.S. to all other readers, I am NOT a lesbian, not even close! Paul was just mean and liked to call me that cause I ACCIDENTLY touched Sids boob one time.

Hi Sid and everyone else. You guys are really weird but I love all the comments. I didn't know so many of you read these. Then, you all come out of the woodwork to pile on. So here goes.... Sid, I appreciate your anemic effort at sucking up. It almost made it, but I think it requires a bit more. I need to feel the love here. I noticed that Darci did a great job. Obviously she is trying to take you out of the will. And HI to Carol. I didn't know who you were until you referred to the "dragging out of the house". How could I forget that? That is a great, wonderful memory isn't it????? Looks like you still haven't been able to move on. Kristy is obviously my number one favorite niece, and it looks like she does a good job of sucking up too. Well done! LAURA, what do you mean JERK???? I am hurt on that one. I believe it is really you that is the little jerk...always have been one, always will be. I don't even know Noelle but I really like her. She sounds like a great person, who has great tastes in mustaches. To the rest of you, it might not be the best stash, but it is MY STASH!!!! And, THE LESBIAN showed up. I have missed her alot. Haven't found anyone to take her place. That's because I don't know any other lesbians. p.s. to all the other readers, she really is a lesbo...don't be fooled by her.
You guys have all been great and have made this a great birthday. It has been fun to walk down memory lane with all of you. Thanks alot for the memories and the nice thoughts and insults. Some of you are in the will and some aren't there yet. Thanks especially to Sid for doing this blog thing. It is great. Love ya.
Paul
LOL!!! Paul, as always, gets the last word. I love that he spelled my name wrong and that he still remembers all the good times of calling me a Little Jerk. Gosh. He is one feisty old man. Hahahaha! I seriously can't stop smiling. Good Times.
A Happy belated Birthday Paul!! You know you are my favorite Pablo!! I hope all of your B-day wishes come true! The one picture with the stache...looks like you should be registered..?! I am joking! I love you and Linda and honestly couldn't ask for better in-laws!! Take care!
